Terms of Service
Cotton Bottoms Diaper Service will provide all of its customers with an unlimited supply of fitted diapers delivered on a weekly basis. All of our customers will be provided with the best diaper service available.
| Unlimited Diapers |
Each customer is entitled to an unlimited supply of diapers based on the age of the child. Newborn babies use many more diapers than a 24month old. We reserve the right to limit the supply of diapers. Unlimited also applies to one child. If there are more children using the service then you will be billed accordingly and the supply will be unlimited for each of those children. For families with more than one child enrolled in our service, a 30% discount will be applied off the total before taxes.

Service Details |
Each customer will be required to pay a refundable deposit of $25 for the use of our diaper pail. This deposit will be returned at the end of your term with us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event that the diaper pail is in a condition that renders it unusable. This is important as the pails will be reused. If you choose to keep the pail, there will not be a refund issued. If you are interested in using a pail of your own,you will not be charged the $25 deposit.
We also require a credit card number to be kept on file as security to insure our diapers. The credit card number will not be charged unless the diapers are not returned to us in a timely manner once service has been discontinued. |

Payment Details

Payment is required on a monthly basis. The first month is paid in full and is non-refundable.Method of payment is optional. Cash and cheques can be picked up with delivery of diapers Visa and M/C can be charged monthly. Invoicing is sent via e-mail, we ask that you check you junkmail folders if you don't see an invoice come through at the end of the month. |

To Register

We have provided an online registration form to allow you to sign-up for our service at any time that suits you. Registration can also be arranged via e-mail at info@cottonbottoms.biz or by telephone at 905-397-5533. Once your information has been received we will arrange a meeting to deliver your start-up package and discuss any further questions and/or concerns. |

Policies

There are no refunds on the first month of service. In order to register, we require a minimum of 1 month paid in full due on your first delivery of diapers or with your start-up package. You are required to call us when you want your service to start your 30 days will begin from that day forward. We reserve the right to halt service to any individual who we feel is abusing our products. This will only occur after proper notice has been given. In the event of abuse we will evaluate each situation individually. This may result in charges to the customer for any damage caused depending on the situation. |

Customer Requirements

Initially diapers can be placed into the pail as no rinsing or soaking is required. When your baby begins to eat solid foods you are required to flush any solid waste in your toilet before it is placed in the diaper pail. To make this easier for parents we have flushable diaper liners available for purchase.
For pick-up: Your diaper bag is required to be placed outside your home the night before your delivery day ro no later that 7:30am the day of delivery.This is very important as we may have pick-ups very early in the morning. If your bag is not placed outside when we are there to pick-up then there is an extra charge of $21.95 applied for each week forgotten. Each customer will be required to completely fill out the tag attached to the diaper bag provided each week. This is imperative to ensure that we have an accurate count of diapers used. Your next delivery will be based on how many diapers were left clean the previous week. Each customer is required to purchase and care for the waterproof covers needed to keep your baby dry. Covers are available for purchase on our products page. Certain rash creams cannot be used with cloth diapers. We ask that you refrain from using zinc-based, or fish oil based creams. Destinin must not be used. If Destinin has been used, a charge will be applied because it stains cloth diapers and prevents proper sanitizing. We provide you with a sample of an all natural bottom balm and are more than happy to give you information on other products that are healthy for your baby and our diapers. Only Cotton Bottoms diapers, soakers and cloth wipes are to be placed in the provided diaper bag any other item placed in the diaper bag will be lost.If you are returning something to us and don't want it returned to you please place it on the outside of your liner bag in a grocery bag (we will reuse the bag) Absolutely NO
